Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Your order is important to me! I strive to process orders within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please keep in mind that custom orders may take a bit longer to process.

  2. Shipping Methods: I offer standard shipping via USPS for both domestic and international orders. If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options may be available for an extra charge.

  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined based on the weight and destination of your order. You can easily view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

  4. Tracking Information: Once your order is on its way, I'll send you a confirmation email along with tracking information so you can keep an eye on its journey to you.

  5. International Orders: If you're placing an international order, please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer, so it's good to check with your local customs office for more information.

Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Satisfaction Guaranteed: Your happiness is incredibly important to me! While I strive to ensure that each item meets the highest quality standards, I understand that sometimes things may not go as expected. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your order, and I'll make it right for you.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, just make sure the item is unused and in its original condition and packaging.

  3. Return Policy: Please note that, due to the unique and handmade nature of my products, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damaged or defective items. Each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail, and I hope you understand the need to maintain the integrity of the artwork.

  4. Quick and Easy Returns: If your item arrives damaged or defective, no sweat! Just snap a few photos and send them my way. I'll sort it out pronto by either sending a replacement or giving you a refund. Need to return something for another reason? No worries! Just reach out, and I'll walk you through the process step by step. If it's my goof, I'll cover the return shipping costs.

  5. Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I'll promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment."

Custom Orders:

  1. Unique Creations: Looking for something truly special? I'm here to bring your vision to life with custom orders! Whether it's a personalized painting or a unique design, I'll work closely with you every step of the way to ensure your satisfaction.

  2. Payment Terms: When you place a custom order, I'll ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit to secure your spot in my queue and cover initial materials. Then, as I bring your creation to life, I'll keep you in the loop with photos of the process. Once your masterpiece is ready and you're head-over-heels in love with it (which I'm sure you will be!), just settle the remaining 70% before I ship it off to you."
